Sue Wadden

Director of Color Marketing, Global Architecture Group

With over 25 years of experience, Sue Wadden serves as the Director of Color Marketing at Sherwin-Williams, where she's recognized as an industry-leading authority on color. She leads the brand's evolution of color strategies, which includes shaping trends for homeowners, designers and painting professionals. During her tenure, Wadden has pioneered initiatives like the annual Colormix®: The Sherwin-Williams Color Forecast and the selection of the highly anticipated Color of the Year and served as a creative advisor for pioneering new color moments such as 'The Loneliest Color,' an industry-first initiative to celebrate the uniqueness and value of every hue. Additionally, Sue hosts Colormixology, the debut Color and Design Podcast from Sherwin-Williams, she leads the innovation and integration of color trends across the company’s brand portfolio, enhancing market competitiveness and brand strength worldwide, ensuring Sherwin-Williams remains at the forefront of color innovation.

Wadden’s expertise has garnered widespread recognition, with features in publications such as Architectural Digest, Forbes and The Wall Street Journal with broadcast appearances on shows like TODAY, Access Hollywood and more. A sought-after speaker at industry events, Sue also frequently shares insights on color’s impact on spaces and emotions, captivating audiences at events and conferences worldwide.

Emily Kantz

Color Marketing Manager, Global Architecture Group

Emily specializes in developing and implementing targeted marketing strategies aimed at designers and architects for the Sherwin-Williams Brand. She holds EDAC accredidation and is an NCIDQ-certified designer. She is also a member of the American Society of Interior Designers and an industry member of the International Interior Design Association. As lead in insight driven Color Solutions, Emily delivers strong industry insight into the world of Sherwin-Williams color and design strategy.

Ashley Banbury

Color Marketing Manager, Global Architecture Group

With her expertise in translating global lifestyle trends through color, Ashley gives consumers confidence in the color selection process. She supports retail brands in paint, aerosol and stains in the DIY and pro industry. With more than 15 years of experience in the design community, she is an NCIDQ-certified designer and an active member of Color Marketing Group.

Sue Kim

Director of Color Marketing, Consumer Brands Group

As the forecaster for Valspar’s annual color trend forecasting for more than 20 years, Sue has a passion for seeing color through the landscape of lifestyle trends, capturing livable colors at home. She transitioned to the color designer role to focus on color and trends after exploring design solutions as a product designer.

Lis Parada

Color Marketing Manager, Consumer Brands Group

The newest member of the team, with a global design background and A&D Industry expertise, Lis is responsible for integrating color strategies across all consumer touchpoints, including harnessing the power of digital, in-store and experiential marketing to captivate and connect with consumers.

Michael Plank

Director of Color Marketing and Design, Sherwin-Williams

Since coming to Sherwin-Williams in 2016, Michael and his team have been responsible for providing color and design solutions for the Paint Stores Group. He helps serve the field representatives and over 4,200 stores throughout North America. Under his lead, CM&D fulfills various projects including exterior/interior photo imaging, custom color cards and Homescapes®.

Anne Diedrich

Senior Designer, Color Marketing and Design, Sherwin-Williams

With more than 12 years of experience in the commercial design industry, Anne strategizes color solutions and targeted design support for all commercial creative service projects. She is a senior designer of the Color Team within the Color Marketing & Design Department at Sherwin-Williams.

Kiki Redhead

Global CMF & Trend Manager, DesignHouse, Performance Coatings Group, GI & Coil

With more than 20 years of visionary color expertise, Kiki drives all CMF & Trend initiatives for Sherwin-Williams Industrial & Performance Coatings, including spearheading the DesignHouse in Minneapolis, MN. Kiki sits on the Board of Directors and is Co-Chair of the Future Thinking Committee and the Networking Committee in the Color Marketing Group. She is looking ahead with strategic futurists while on The Learning Forum’s Foresight Council.

Maggie O’Hare

Global CMF & Trend Manager, DesignHouse, Industrial Wood Coatings

Leading the DesignHouse in Greensboro, NC, Maggie brings a lifetime of experience in the furniture industry to the Color and Design team. With an eye for color and a passion for forecasting trends, she serves all sectors of the Industrial Wood Coatings division and is an active member of the International Society of Furniture Designers.

Eric Crosby

Color, Material & Finish, DesignHouse, Industrial Wood Coatings

Eric has been with Sherwin-Williams for 9 years, supporting the four industry segments of the Industrial Wood Coatings division as an expert in consumer trend research. Eric is also the manager of the Virtual Panel Studio, an exclusive digital offering for product developers and designers.

Patrícia Fecci

Color Marketing Manager, Sherwin-Williams Brazil

Patrícia is responsible for tinted products and color management, as well as home centers and paint dealers. She also assists with color systems, color palettes and merchandising; tracks design trends; and provides training and new business development assistance. With over 20 years with the company, Patrícia has completed many projects in Brazil and now oversees color projects in Argentina and Chile as well. She has a degree in business administration and a master’s in marketing.

Cintia Fragoso

Color Marketing Specialist, Sherwin-Williams Mexico

While leading the Color Studio in Mexico, Cintia and her team are responsible for creating color materials. She assists with color training, color marketing tools and color trend forecasting. She has experience in creating interior design concepts for food and beverage, entertainment and hospitality projects.

Antonella Ruiz

Marketing Director, Sherwin-Williams Central America

Having been with Sherwin-Williams for almost 10 years, Antonella oversees the Sherwin-Williams Marketing Department for Central America. She oversees the architectural, industrial coatings, P&M, wood and automotive product lines as well as merchandising, advertising and color marketing & design. She has been the liaison for Latin America of the Color Marketing Group, leading color trends for the different Industries in the Region of Latin America. 

Nicole Zudic

Color Marketing Manager, Sherwin-Williams Pro Color

Nicole is a seasoned Color Marketing Manager with over a decade of experience in the coatings industry. She is responsible for supporting the needs of a dynamic field organization and for the strategic creation, management and evaluation of color programs and solutions for residential painters, designers and commercial customers. She is a member of ASID, IDCEC and an IDS Industry Partner.

Sharon Miller

Color Marketing Manager, Sherwin-Williams DIY Color

Sharon has over 25 years of experience helping homeowners bring color to life. She is currently part of the DIY Marketing team and is responsible for the strategic creation, management and evaluation of color programs and color solutions for homeowners.

Kendall Ace

Designer Marketing Manager, Sherwin-Williams East

With 12 years of Sherwin-Williams experience, Kendall supports the marketing initiatives for the residential designer and architect community and manages a team of designer account executives. She provides designers and architects with color and paint specifications, as well as continuing education courses. 

Ashlynn Barton Bourque

Designer Marketing Manager, Sherwin-Williams South West

Having 20 years of Sherwin-Williams experience, Ashlynn supports the marketing initiatives for the residential A&D community and manages a team of account executives. She works with designers and architects for color and paint specifications and provides continuing education courses. She is an active member of ASID, IDS, and Color Marketing Group.

Julie Hudeck

Designer Marketing Manager, Sherwin-Williams Mid-West

Julie supports marketing initiatives and manages a team of account executives who support residential designers and architects and design students. She provides designers and architects with color and paint specifications, as well as continuing education courses.

Emily Grundy

Designer Marketing Manager, Sherwin-Williams Canada

Emily supports the residential interior designer market with color and paint specifications, while providing continuing education for designers and industry partners. She is an industry partner of the Interior Designers of Canada (IDC) and is on the National Board of Directors for the Decorators and Designers Association of Canada (DDA) and the Colour Research Society of Canada (CRSC).

Clint Craven

Designer Marketing Manager, Sherwin-Williams South East

Clint is the Designer Marketing Manager at Sherwin-Williams, bringing over 10 years of experience in the design and coatings industry. He will support the residential designer and architect community by providing unparalleled resources, and insights with the support of a team of talented designer account executives. His goal is to help increase specifications for designers by leveraging Sherwin-Williams' industry-leading resources and developing strong clients’ relationships. 

Amanda Lowery

Account Executive, Architectural Services, Paint Stores Group

For 11 years Amanda Lowery has supported the commercial A&D Community in DC, MD, and VA in product specifications, color assistance and continuing education presentations. She is WELL AP and has her CDT certification. Amanda is an active member of AIA, IIDA, CSI, and CMG.
