How it Works
1. Complete a Train the Trainer Session
Meet virtually with one of our English or Spanish-speaking trainers to go over the Painter Skills Program curriculum and learn how to facilitate our content with your teams.
2. Unlock Exclusive Tools
Once you finish your Train the Trainer session, you’ll gain immediate access to digital, ready-made resources like presentations, videos and handouts. You'll also be able to order Painter Skills Program kits through your sales representative for use with new hires during training.
3. Start Training Your Teams
When you receive your kits, you’re ready to go. Launch the Painter Skills Program with your new hires. Together, you’ll accomplish two days of coursework, one day of hands-on learning and build a strong foundation for future business growth.
