The Sherwin-Williams Company #SWColorLove Campaign Terms

The Sherwin-Williams Company #SWColorLove Campaign provides an opportunity for people to share photos and videos of painting projects and color inspiration. If you want to participate, here's what you need to know:

• Who Can Participate: You must be 18 or older to participate.

• Take a Photo or Video Take a photo or video of a painting project or color inspiration. Please make sure that this content doesn't include any people, features songs or sounds that were not created by you, and that it doesn't prominently feature any company names or trademarks (except for Sherwin-Williams trademarks). Please also make sure that your content doesn't infringe anyone's rights or include any inappropriate content.

• Submit It: Visit any Sherwin-Williams color detail page, for example Fireworks (SW 6867), and follow the instructions to upload your content. Otherwise, you can upload your content to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, or TikTok with the hashtag #SWColorLove or #SWColourLove. Don’t forget to tell us what Sherwin-Williams color(s) you painted with and remember to check your privacy setting to make sure we can see your photo.

• Your Content is Yours: By uploading the content you automatically represent and warrant that the photo or video was taken by you, is original, and does not violate the rights of anyone else. In addition, by uploading the content, you automatically agree to release and hold The Sherwin-Williams Company ("Sherwin-Williams"), its affiliates, agents, licensees, and assigns harmless from any liability or other damages based on the use of your content.

• Rights to Content: You do not transfer ownership of your content by submitting it. However, you do grant Sherwin-Williams an irrevocable, perpetual (non-exclusive) right and permission to reproduce, encode, store, copy, transmit, publish, post, broadcast, display, publicly perform, adapt, modify, create derivative works of, exhibit, and otherwise use your content — along with your Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, or TikTok username and profile picture (in Sherwin-Williams’ sole discretion) — in any media throughout the world for any purpose, without limitation, and without additional review, compensation, or approval from you.

• What We'll Do: We'll select various submitted content to feature on our website, social media accounts, or other places. We can't promise that we'll use yours, but keep checking to see if your content is featured and what other people have submitted. We reserve the right to post and remove any content at any time in our sole discretion. If we do use your content, we may link back to your original post on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, or TikTok. That will allow members of the public who click on your content to see other content that you've posted on your profile.

• Terms of Use: By submitting a photo or video, you agree to our Terms of Use.

• Other Details: We reserve the right to terminate this Campaign at any time. You agree that any and all disputes arising out of, or connected with, this Campaign shall be subject to the laws of Ohio and resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in Cleveland, Ohio.
