This product has been a massive waste of my time, money, and effort.
I have clean concrete with a vapour barrier. As they recommend, I etched it with acid. I applied it as directed and did not park on it for two weeks. It has lifted under every single wet tire that has been parked on it. I even tried a reapplication the next summer under ideal conditions but had the same result this fall.
I'd LOVE to get my money back!

This does not repel tire marks!!
2-coats, allowed 4 days drying time....gently pulled into garage..tire marks the next day!
There is NOT a water-based paint that works on a garage floor!!!
Don't be fooled...Don't waste time and money..
You need a solvent based or catalyst (like epoxy) as a minimum for floors.!
H&C has a solvent solid color, but there are very limited surfaces that it will bond properly to...especially pre painted/stained concrete.
Worst product ever!!! Applied on brand new concrete not even two weeks and its already peeling and flaking! Waste of time and money! Wish i would have read reviews before hand!
