Orders must meet the following requirements:
- Order must be placed by a Sherwin Williams wholesale customer while logged in to their account through the PRO+ app or swproplus.com
- Products and supplies must show as currently "in-stock"
- The delivery location must be within range of a Sherwin-Williams store that offers Scheduled Delivery
- Order weight must be at least 10 pounds but less than 10,000 pounds

No problem. You can set your delivery location on a map during checkout. Pin-drop locations are available for website orders only through swproplus.com.
Call the store you placed the order with as soon as possible.
Tracking is only available for Scheduled Delivery, not for Pickup. To track a scheduled delivery:
- Add your phone number as the Delivery Notification Number at checkout
- Check “Send me text alerts for this order” (only available in English)
Once you complete your purchase, we’ll text you a tracking link with order updates every step of the way until your scheduled delivery arrives safely at your designated location.
